Welcome to The Vineyard di Norma.
We are a family-owned and family-operated restaurant. Chef Luke runs the kitchen. Rachael handles the front of the house. And if Mom and Dad aren’t on the floor, you can be sure they’re working behind the scenes to ensure every customer has a satisfying experience. We’re proud of our Italian heritage — we still have relatives in Norma, Italy, and try to visit as often as possible. That’s where Chef Luke learned Grandpop’s traditions, which include not only recipes and methods but respect for everything that the combination of food and family represents.
We believe that life’s simple pleasures include fine wine, delicious spirits, and beautifully prepared food. We use only the highest-quality, locally sourced ingredients, and our weekly specials are centered on what’s fresh from the farm. Every item on our menu is handmade in our kitchen, including scratch-made pasta. Our wines are delicious and unique; you’ll have a hard time finding the selections at other restaurants in the Valley. And we feature hand-crafted seasonal and traditional cocktails.
While we cherish our Italian roots, our home is right here, and we love this community. We’re proud to continue operating this neighborhood gem, a casual fine-dining restaurant in Fountain Hill, Bethlehem.
